Sheena Marichal-Carrier, DPT
Sheena received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Husson University in 2010. She has been a part of the Head to Toe therapy team for over 5 years working with a diverse patient population. Sheena has advanced education and training in manual techniques for treatment of the spine and peripheral joints. In addition to treating orthopedic and neurological injuries, she has clinical experience working with pediatric patients of all ages. Sheena finds it rewarding to help patients reach their maximum potential to function independently or return to full active participation. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys her family, fitness, and outdoor recreation.
Pamela Ford, PT, DPT
Pam joined Head to Toe Physical Therapy in August of 2016. A graduate of Husson University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she has experience treating patients in both an outpatient and school setting. Pam is one of two therapists at our clinic who work with pediatric patients. Pam enjoys helping patients reach their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Outside of the clinic, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also participates in group fitness and running events.
Christine Mecham, BS
Christine joined Head to Toe Physical Therapy in June of 2013 as our PR and Marketing Coordinator. In 2016 she took on additional tasks related to new patient intakes as well as accounting duties. She earned her BS degree from St. Joseph’s College in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and brings over 16 years of marketing experience with her. Christine oversees all of our marketing and advertising efforts, community involvement as well as patient payments. She resides in Bowdoinham with her family and is actively involved in her community, serving as the as the Mt. Ararat High School Varsity Cheering Coach.
Secretary/Front Desk Reception
Amanda joined our team in November 2017 and is a perfect fit for our clinic. She recently relocated from Northern Maine and brings four years of secretarial experience and over ten years of experience in various health care settings. Amanda resides in Lisbon Falls with her boyfriend Chris, who is a personal trainer at The Health Club and Spa. In her spare time she enjoys thrift shopping, walking/hiking and movies. "I am so thrilled to be living in the LA/Lisbon area and to serve the people of this community."
