At Head to Toe Physical Therapy we staff only licensed physical therapists, no aides or assistants, to allow for the best possible care for all of our patients.
Karen Krzywda, MSPT, OCSPresident/Owner-Lewiston Clinic
Karen Krzywda is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist with over 12 years of experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting. She has her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in Boston, MA.Karen has taken several courses related to manual therapy, with a focus on spine-related conditions. Her treatment approach emphasizes hands-on techniques, aquatic therapy, and direct patient involvement. She enables her patients to take control and become active participants in their recovery.
Jill Partridge has over 9 years experience operating a physical therapy clinic. She has a Master's Degree in General Management from Lesley College in Cambridge, MA and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Simmons College in Boston, MA. Jill oversees the business side of Head to Toe PT, including insurances, billing and human resources.

Kathleen (Katie) Caron, MSPTPhysical Therapist-Lewiston Clinic
Katie maintained her Maine roots through attending the University of New England where she earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Born and raised in Lewiston, she spent a short time practicing in Fairbanks, Alaska in an outpatient facility. She has experience treating a variety of orthopedic injuries, vestibular dysfunction and dizziness, back and neck pain, and foot pain/gait disturbances. She is certified in the WalkAide, a device used to assist physical therapists with drop foot. Katie enjoys working with motivated individuals and receives satisfaction in helping folks reduce pain and achieve an active role in self-management of their condition.
Jacqueline (Jackie) Katz, MSPT, JD Physical Therapist-Topsham Clinic
Jackie has been practicing physical therapy for over 19 years, with a focus in the outpatient setting. She has extensive experience in treating orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric and work-related conditions. Jackie has a special interest in helping cancer survivors recover/ return/ regain strength and function after treatment. She earned her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Pacific University.
Sheena Marichal, DPTPhysical Therapist- Lewiston Clinic
Sheena received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Husson University in May 2010. While in school, she took advanced coursework in spinal manual therapy and completed an in-service on treatment of cervical pathologies. Along with her orthopedic clientele, she is seeing pediatric patients in the Lewiston clinic.
Jessica MooreReceptionist-Topsham Clinic
After spending over seven years as a graphic designer in the sign business, Jess decided to change careers. She has been the receptionist for Topsham since 2008, and has never looked back!
Andrea SandsReceptionist-Lewiston Clinic
Andrea is the receptionist in Lewiston. Prior to joining Head to Toe PT in 2009, she was a floral designer and a business owner, running a flower shop in Winthrop for 8 years.
Allison HackettPublic Relations and Marketing Representative
Allison received her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Industry Management from Champlain College in May of 2005. After spending many years working in numerous restaurants from Vermont to Utah, Allison decided to return to her home state. She gave up crazy work hours for a 9-5 job with Head to Toe PT and is very excited to have her life back!
